Chia Berry Pudding
2 Heaping Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
3/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Small Dollop of Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Raspberries
Combine the chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and stir up. Set covered in fridge 20 minutes to over night to congeal. Once congealed add the dollop of maple syrup and stir up. Top with the fresh berries and eat!
